OCR Safety Training
Summary: This course was designed to make first-time obstacle course racers (OCR) aware of how to prepare and pack for an OCR. This training has triggers, interactions, and a graded quiz at the end.
Problem: This e-Learning course is necessary due to the thousands of obstacle course racers participants (in the U.S. and abroad), not knowing the distinct challenge an obstacle course race is versus an average 5K road race.
Solution: Since a “safety for racers” course currently does not exist, Spartan, Tough Mudder, and Savage obstacle course companies would benefit by making this course part of the registration process.

Fitness for First Responders
Summary: This course was designed to train first responders how to fit in time for fitness, given their physically-demanding careers. This training includes a branched scenario, an interactive clock to note times to work out, tab and flashcard interactions, and a graded quiz at the end.
Problem: The (fictional) town of Castle Rock has noticed a decline in health in its 200 first responders and does not have training in place for these important men and women. The purpose of this training, therefore, is to make first responders aware of the importance of taking care of themselves by making time for fitness.
Solution: Many first-time responders’ shifts change from 1st to 3rd shift. E-learning makes this training accessible to every first responder on their own time.
